Transition

We are excited to welcome you and your child in joining The Grangefield Academy. Each year students joining the academy will have the opportunity to take part in transition days where they will experience what it is like to be a Grangefield student. For those students who require additional support we also offer an enhanced induction, students who would benefit from this are identified by their Primary School.

We follow the Stockton Transition Guarantee and pride ourselves on the relationship we have with our local Primary Schools and work closely with Primary School staff to ensure a smooth transition for all.

We have an open door policy and therefore should you wish to visit the academy or require a meeting to discuss your son/daughters needs before they join us please do not hesitate to contact the academy.
